About Shauna

Hi there, I’m Shauna Lynch—an experienced and award-winning realtor based out of Prince George, BC. As someone who’s spent about 40 years living in this city while raising four children, I have been given the opportunity to appreciate its nuances, subtle charm, profound beauty, diverse landscape and the character of its residents.

Real estate is in my blood. My father Bill Lynch, founded RE/MAX Centre City in Prince George 1990. After completing my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from St. Francis Xavier University in 1995, I decided to return to my home and true passion: the real estate industry. In a unique and un-foreseen turn of events, I find myself, along with my wonderful business partners, co-owner of the newly formed RE/MAX CORE Realty in Prince George. Where the name Centre City came from being geographically located in the center of Prince George, CORE comes from the heart of the "centre" and the people who comprise this fantastic company.

I’ve worked virtually in every aspect of this business, from administrative work and accounting to achieving my real estate licence in 2009 and now being an owner. In that time, I’ve worked diligently at expanding my knowledge in order to continually evolve into an experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent. I’ve been an instructor with the BC Real Estate Association, and a top producing agent and MLS Award winner multiple times over.

At every opportunity available, I work to become more skilled and more proficient in this industry, resulting in the strong trust and confidence my clients place in me when facilitating the most important purchase of their lives—opening doors and closing deals,; it's what I do.
